Fiber Connection Permission Prediction
Context
Rolling out fiber networks means getting permits from municipalities and cooperation from property owners. Knowing which projects will be hard, and why, helps a telecom prioritise and plan how it talks to people.
What I built
- A predictive model for fiber connection permission outcomes, based on historical data
- A randomised controlled trial (RCT) to test whether targeted communication actually improved permission rates
- An automated dashboard with an explainable component, so the business could tailor its communication per project
Results
The dashboard fed straight into project planning. The business could see which projects were difficult and why, and act on it early.
